We value each and every one of our care staff and understand the importance of continued staff training and its benefits including career progression.
We actively encourage our carers to undertake training to keep your skills live and enhance your CPD, and we offer QCF qualifications at differing levels in health and social care.
To achieve outstanding care for patients, we have fully adopted the Care Certificate standards into our training programme.
That means you can be confident that all of our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support.
All of the training NguteDan care offers is free to our carers and it is delivered through a combination of face-to-face workshops and digital training through our E-Learning portal. This portal puts all of our training courses into one easy to access online location.
We deliver all of our modules through our E-Learning portal and mandatory onsite training, such as moving and handling. We also deliver bespoke training developed for specific client placements, which is delivered on a face to face basis.
When a staff does not have access to a computer, tablet or phone to access our E-Learning portal, support will be provided to ensure a successful completion of these training
We also have a dedicated helpdesk where our friendly team are there to help a candidate make the most of their training.
